What We can do for you
our process
1. CONTACT
Got a project!? Get in contact with us!
We will assign you a dedicated account manager to understand everything about your company, your customers, and the project you want to bring to life. This will involve multiple video calls or face-to-face contact. The contact phase will be where you explain your product specifications and the USPs you would like for your product, as well as timeline and price expectations.
2. Relay
Our account manager will relay all information to our production team.
The project will be put through our internal development process system for validation and planning. It is here we assess our ability to make your project a success and create the presentation that will knock your socks off!
3. Present
Here's the exciting bit.
We’ll present quotations for pricing, initial drawings, a timeline, and a detailed explanation of exactly how we will take your project from Ideation to a mind-blowing successful product launch!
4. Manage
Constant communication and oversight.
Your team will obviously take the required time to evaluate our presentation and, if successful, will approve our proposal and enter into a contract with us. Your account manager will follow our pre-defined NPD Management process to ensure no stone is left unturned. We measure their success based on their ability to communicate every aspect of your project with you.
4. Review
Your account manager will follow the review process for all New Product Development projects.
This will involve a product review as well as a review of the entire project by a second account manager. This allows an honest review of your account manager and enables us to improve our relationship with you and our efficiency and accuracy as a whole.
